Our Director, Sam has an excellent background on commercial agreements and regulatory matters in the energy, utilities, waste and net zero sectors having worked in firms with market leading positions in these sectors.
Our Director, Robyn has many years of experience on corporate, commercial and compliance in the telecoms, retail and veterinary sectors and has worked at a senior in-house leadership level. As a former Head of Compliance and Disputes, Robyn is well placed to provide a compliance health check, develop or implement a compliance plan or assist with any contentious (non-court) work requiring more specialist expertise.
We also have consultants with expertise in employment, IT/IP and corporate matters.
Our specialist advice services are provided on an hourly rate basis (more like a traditional law firm) but our rates are very competitive and we typically charge at much lower rates than you'd expect for such senior lawyers.
We also provide this specialist input on a 'white label' basis to firms that need input on their client’s matters but do not have the required senior sectoral expertise within their teams.
