We are very familiar with the pressures faced by in-house legal teams both in terms of workload management, expectations for project support and budgets. Our in-house support service is designed to directly address these pressures. We provide highly experienced lawyers at reasonable and transparent daily rates. All of our consultant lawyers have extensive private practice and in-house experience. They are used to dealing with stakeholders from Board level down and can parachute in to help during busy times for as little or as much time as you need. They will embed into your organisation and can help with the supervision or management of other legal advisors if required.
This service is so valuable to our clients and is much easier to achieve than, for example, trying to get a secondee from a panel law firm (which can be really difficult to obtain or means you end up with a junior lawyer). With our service you get a senior lawyer at a very reasonable day rate. As our consultants all have significant in-house experience they can hit the ground running; they take very little management and provide pragmatic commercially focussed advice to the business meaning you can scale up your capacity during busy periods or access experienced lawyers without increasing your headcount.
